Fishing Mugs and More is the online e-commerce website for the brand Juniper Bank Collections which creates unique, fishing art products.

Where are you based?

Juniper Bank Collections is managed and administered by Real Business Services Limited, which is based at Suite 106, Gear House, Saltmeadows Road, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, NE8 3AH, UK.

Are your products available for wholesale or distribution?

Our products are unique, limited edition items that we produce in small quantities. Orders and Payments

How do I place an order?

Once you are in the store and have found the item you would like to buy, click on the green ‘Add to Cart’ button. You will be taken straight to the Checkout page.

If you want more items click or tap on the Continue shopping link to add more items to your cart.

You can go directly to the Checkout at any time by clicking on the cart logo at the top right of your screen.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do. You can buy a gift card for £10, £20, or £30 from this page in the store. You can use it yourself or gift it to someone else. After the purchase, we will send you an email with the digital gift card and instructions on how to use it. The card can be used as payment or part-payment for any of the products we have available (See: Where do I enter my promo code or gift card code? below). You don’t have to spend the total amount on your gift card all at once. You can buy an item today and save the remaining value on your card for a future purchase.

How do I pay for my items?

You can easily pay for your items at the checkout using PayPal, GooglePay, or your regular credit or debit card.

Where do I enter my promo code or gift card code?

When you’re at the checkout you can enter your gift card code or any special promotional code into the field at the bottom left of the checkout page by clicking on the Redeem your code link.

Is your checkout secure?

Yes, our checkout is 100% secure. Payments are processed by secure payment gateways, PayPal or Stripe via their own systems. No transactions are undertaken on our website, thus ensuring maximum security.

Is my private data safe?

Yes, your data is safe. We do not store any customer data on our website. Names and email addresses are processed by our e-commerce platform partners ECWID and EmailOctopus. You can read more about their data security policies here for ECWID and here for EmailOctopus.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can easily cancel or edit your order on the store checkout page. Simply click on the X to the right of any items you wish to remove. You can then continue shopping and add alternative items to your cart or checkout with only the items that remain in your cart after the removal of the unwanted items.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can change your shipping address during the checkout process. Once you’ve chosen your payment preference you can enter your delivery name and address before making the final payment.


What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer two shipping methods, Royal Mail or EVRi (formerly Hermes).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to any country. We will use the most reliable and cost-effective postal or courier service available for your location.

What are the shipping costs?

Our current shipping charge in the UK is £2.99 for mugs and phone cases. Orders to the value of £40 or more are shipped for free. Most prints and greeting cards are shipped for free. International shipping charges vary depending on that country’s postal or courier service. We will always contact you with an international shipping price for your confirmation to go ahead with the delivery before dispatching your item.


When will I get my order?

UK delivery is normally 3 to 7 working days when we have items in stock. Some phone case orders are produced in the Netherlands and can take between 10 to 15 days to deliver. International orders are normally delivered in 10 to 15 days. We will always keep you informed on the odd occasion when delays occur.

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

This has never happened at the time of writing but, if your order is lost or stolen we will immediately dispatch a new order at no extra cost to you.

Returns and Refunds

What is your returns and refund policy?

We have a no-quibble, 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. However, goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and you will need to pay the return postage cost. You can read more about our Returns and Refunds Policy here.
