Fishing Mugs Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at Fishing Mugs operated by David Miller and Dave Foster of Juniper Bank Collections from Real Business Services, Suite 14, Gear House, Saltmeadows Road, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear NE8 3AH.

It is our policy to ensure that all customers are 100% delighted with their purchases from our online store. If the item/s you receive are not as expected you have a full 30 days in which to return the goods for a full refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the original packaging in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of return postage or courier charges.

After we receive your item unused and undamaged we will immediately process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Please note that for credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, we are sorry, but you will not be eligible for a refund.

Goods that arrive with you and have been damaged during shipping, will immediately be replaced with a brand new item (exactly the same as the original) at no extra cost to yourself.

In this case, can we ask that you send us a photo of the damaged item and a brief indication of how it arrived in its broken condition? This is so we can take up the case with the shipping company.
